長租租期按照自然月計算。（特殊情況：租期為1個月，且在每年2月時起租，租期按30天計算）。

1、取送車服務地域范圍及收費標準：

（2）其它城市：根據城市情況，由業務負責人與承租人商定。
2、服務類型：
（1）上門維保、年檢；
（2）上門取/送車。
3、免費取送車的情形 長租承租人，享有每個月一次免費上門取送車權益；

3. In the case of free pick-up and delivery of vehicles, long-term tenants are entitled to the right to receive and deliver vehicles at their doorstep once a month for free;

4、車輛救援須聯系我司，我們將為承租人協調車輛救援事宜。如承租人未告知我司，自行安排救援、維修等事宜，所涉及的費用和責任，由承租人承擔。
5、如有緊急情況，可直接聯系緊急救援電話，需告知承租人名稱、車輛信息及車輛狀態。

4. If the vehicle accessories and documents not mentioned in the table below are lost, the lessee shall bear the corresponding costs according to the actual replacement cost and shutdown period

1、車輛損壞等，承租人應承擔相應的維修及清洗費用，并承擔車輛停運期間的租金，即誤工費。

3. The downtime caused by vehicle maintenance or cleaning process shall refer to the following table. If the actual downtime exceeds the following downtime, the actual downtime shall prevail.
4. The lessee shall bear the corresponding costs based on the actual maintenance costs and downtime period not mentioned in the table below.

1、誤工費：因承租人原因造成的車輛停運，誤工期間的租金即誤工費或誤工租金；
2、長租誤工費計算：在長租租期內出現誤工情形，無誤工費。超過其租期的，按照，誤工費（長租）=月租金/30元*誤工天數計收；
3、短租誤工費計算：按照報價單中正常短租價（加保險）及誤工天數進行計算。

1、承租人在租賃期間產生的交通違章處罰（包括扣分及罰款）、停車費（包括電子停車費）、ETC費用等，由承租人自行承擔和處理
2、承租人處理違章需持本人身份證、駕駛證、車輛行駛證及有效的汽車租賃合同到交通執法隊處理，我司將提供必要的協助。
3、承租人應在接到我司通知之日起15天內將違章及罰款處理完畢。如未按時或拒絕處理的，除應承擔違章罰款金額以外，還須承擔違約金：200元/分及150元/條。
4、承租人應在接到我司通知之日起15天內繳清電子停車費及滯納金，如未按時或拒絕處理的，除應承擔停車費及滯納金以外，還須承擔違約金：50元/條。

4. The lessee shall pay the electronic parking fee and late fee within 15 days from the date of receipt of our company's notice. If the lessee fails to handle it on time or refuses to do so, in addition to the parking fee and late fee, they shall also bear a penalty of 50 yuan per item.
1、車輛超時歸還，不超過4小時的，承租人須按小時支付超時費（算法見下述）。
（1）長租超時費=[（月租金單價/30）/8]*超時時長。另，超時不足30分鐘時，向小取整（即3個半小時，按3個小時計收），超時大于30分鐘時，向大取整（即3小時45分鐘，按4小時計收）；
（2）短租超時費=[當日報價單日租金（加保險）/8]*超時時長
（3）超時費減免：超時1小時以內，且在公司營業時間以內，免收超時費。
2、超過4小時則按照1天計算車輛租金及保險費。短租按天收取超時費用的標準按照我司當前執行的價格標準收取車輛租金及保險費；長租非法定假日按照月租價格的日租金收取車輛租金，法定假日的按照我司短租節假日價格表收取車輛租金。
3、里程限制的計算按照車輛還車后租期內總行駛里程計算，超出總里程限制的，承租人應按照合同支付超里程費。
4、我司短租車輛不限里程。

(3) Overtime fee reduction: Overtime fees are waived for those who exceed the limit of 1 hour and are within the company's business hours.
2. If it exceeds 4 hours, the vehicle rental and insurance fees will be calculated based on 1 day. The standard for charging overtime fees on a daily basis for short-term rentals is to charge vehicle rental and insurance fees according to the current pricing standards implemented by our company; Long term rental is charged based on the daily rent of the monthly rental price for illegal holidays, while for statutory holidays, the vehicle rent is charged based on our company's short-term rental holiday price list.
3. The calculation of mileage limit shall be based on the total mileage traveled during the rental period after the vehicle is returned. If the total mileage limit is exceeded, the lessee shall pay the excess mileage fee according to the contract.
4. Our short-term rental vehicles have unlimited mileage.
1、車輛歸還時油量/電量應保持與車輛交付時油量/電量一致,如不一致的,多退少補;
2、退補油費金額公式:缺少油量比例 * 油箱容積(具體以車型為準)*當前油價(以中石化當日燃油標號對應的油價為標準);
3、退補電費金額公式:充電停車費 20 元+缺少電量(千瓦時,度) *1.8元4、如承租人選擇執行“滿油/電取還”的,還車時應將油/電加滿

1、承租人應自行承擔承租車輛上一切人員的安全及其擁有的或為他人代管的財產及隨身攜帶物品安全。
2、租期內因承租人原因，租賃車輛事故造成的所有責任，保險范圍以外的，均由承租人自行承擔。

2．選擇保證金擔保方式的，承租人應當在簽訂本合同時向出租人交納保證金。出租人應當在收取保證金時向承租人開具相應單據，并不得將保證金挪作他用，不得在合同正常履行期間將保證金沖抵租金。在合同終止承租人交還租賃車輛時，除扣除擔保范圍內承租人應當承擔的款項及保留交通違法保證金外，出租人應當將剩余保證金一次性無息退還承租人：除扣除交通違法責任范圍內應當由承租人承擔的款項外，出租人應當在合同約定期限內將剩余交通違法保證金一次性無息退還承租人。保證金不足以支付應當由承租人承擔的款項，或保證金退還后發現存在其他未處理的交通違法行為或其他需要承擔賠償責任的情形，出租人仍有權要求承租人承擔相應責任。
3．選擇銀行卡預授權擔保方式的，承租人應當在簽訂本合同時向出租人提供合同約定額度的銀行卡預授權擔保。在合同終止承租人交還租賃車輛時，除扣除擔保范圍內承租人應當承擔的款項外，出租人應當撤銷剩余預授權凍結額度，承租人應當同時提供合同約定額度的銀行卡預授權作為交通違法行為的擔保；承租人交還租賃車輛后，除扣除交通違法責任范圍內承租人應當承擔的款項外，出租人應當在合同約定期限內撤銷剩余預授權凍結額度。預授權凍結額度不足以支付應當由承租人承擔的款項，或撤銷預授權凍結額度后發現存在其他未處理的交通違法行為或其他需要承擔賠償責任的情形，出租人仍有權要求承租人承擔相應責任。
4．選擇保證人擔保方式的，保證人應當按照出租人要求辦理擔保手續，并在擔保范圍內為承租人承擔連帶責任保證擔保責任。

二、安全駕駛告知
為了您和他人的交通安全，創建首都和諧交通秩序環境，維護首都文明城市形象，承租人應按照合同約定的用途、車輛性能和操作規程使用租賃車輛，承租人應嚴格遵守交通法律法規，自覺規范交通行為：
一、取車前應熟悉租賃車輛的功能和性能，出車前做好車輛安全狀況檢查，了解熟悉車輛性能、特點，確保車輛制動、轉向、電路、輪胎、燃料、車容車況完好，警告標志、滅火器具等安全裝置齊全有效，駕駛證、行駛證齊備。
二、文明駕駛、安全駕駛，服從交通警察指揮，遵守交通標志、標線，遇斑馬線時應禮讓行人；提前了解禁限行路段及時繞行，遵守道路限行、尾號限行規定；不開“斗氣車”；嚴禁駕車時使用手持電話。遇突發情況請及時撥打110報警。
三、車輛駕駛過程中，應確保司乘人員系好安全帶、保持與其他車輛的安全行駛距離、時刻觀察路面情況；停車時檢查車門、車窗落鎖關閉情況，不在車內存放貴重物品；嚴禁疲勞駕駛，連續駕駛機動車4小時應停車休息至少20分鐘。
四、保持適當行車安全距離。當機動車時速超過100公里時，與同車道前車距離保持在100米以上，尤其要與大型客、貨車輛保持適當的安全距離，以防前車緊急制動時發生追尾碰撞。
五、惡劣天氣謹慎駕駛。在惡劣天氣情況下做好安全評估，遇霧、雨、雪、沙塵、冰雹等低能見度氣象條件時，要開啟霧燈、近光燈、示廓燈和危險報警閃光燈，并保持適當車速行駛。通過涉水路段時要謹慎駕駛、注意避讓。
六、切莫酒后駕車。酒后駕車是嚴重違法行為，極易發生交通事故，屬于保險拒賠范圍。當您飲酒后要駕駛時，謹記您的家人正在時刻盼您平安歸來，您的平安就是家庭的幸福。
